KommuneProfil - hvad er status på service ? Hvordan er det modtaget hos kunder + salg ??
Can we expect any aqqisitions soon? have you been looking at something interesting. Is it in DK, og is it in Germany?
How are things developming in Germany? Know you said it will take at least a year, before results will show, based on DK experience. But what are you doing to get connections in Germany, and how is that going?.
How many new products do you have, and what are your expectations to these the coming 1-2 years. And can you keep developing new products in the future. Here I am talking about "main products". Know these also have "under" products.
As far as I can read in latest report, you expect quite a lot of churn in a few month due to netcompany making similar product to your largest product (think it's marc flexløn?). Can you make up this this churn by selling other products, or will we see a fall in revenue on the short term?
I have 2 concerns, let's take them first:
1: Can other of your products just be made by Netcompany, and thereby ruin your buiness model in DK?
2: Before Michael Binderup became CEO there wasn't control over your expenses, he really made a good effort on this matter. Now, are you going to control your expenses, so you can keep growing the bottom line? you have a uniqe opportunity for this, but you can also ruin it by wanting too much in too short time, instead of having patience.
Hvor stor en del af H2-omsætningen er allerede sikret?
I forbindelse med markeds penetrering til udlandet, har I et fokus på dataanalyse eller SaaS til at få foden ind for døren?
Er jeres SaaS-kontrakter inflationssikret i form af indeksregulering eller lignende?
I disse kaotiske tider finder jeg det særdeles relevant for os aktionærer.
Har i tænkt jer, at sætte ekspansion til Sverige på pause for at fokusere på Tyskland? Personligt tænker jeg, at det at både være på det danske og svenske marked, vil være bedre salgsargumenter i Tyskland
